Inclusive Hotel
Ensuring a fully positive hotel experience: this is the goal of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders, both children and adults, as well as their families and caregivers.
Inclusive Hotel was born from an idea by Best Western hoteliers and has been developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Associazione ETS.
Our hotel has chosen to take part in this project: to welcome guests in the best possible way, our staff completed a training course led by experts from L’abilità Associazione ETS. We have selected the ideal rooms, analyzed the common areas, and prepared a Hotel Guide that can be consulted in advance to learn about the property and receive tips for a more comfortable experience.
And furthermore, to simplify and make information more immediately accessible, you will find information sheets inside the rooms with details about the hotel services and information about our city translated into the symbols of Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
